Shipping Policy

Once you place your order, it's prepared and shipped directly by our production and supplier partners. Some items ship from overseas, so please allow a little extra time than fast fashion.

Processing: 1–5 business days.

Delivery: most orders arrive within 1–3 weeks from the order date, depending on the item and your location. Items shipping from overseas partners are usually at the longer end of that range.

Where we ship: Canada and the United States only.

Shipping costs: calculated at checkout before you pay.

Tracking: you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Orders with multiple items: because our pieces come from different fulfillment partners, items in the same order may arrive separately and on different days — the rest is on its way.

Customs & duties: depending on your location and the item, your order may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes set by your local authorities. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in your order total.
